Check in: Starts at 3:00 PM. We are a small Inn with limited staff. There is not always someone at the desk. A key box is utilized for late arrivals or when staff is not available to greet you personally.
Late arrivals: A key box is utilized for late arrivals, or when staff is not available to greet you personally. Check-out is by 11:00 am. Buffet breakfast is included in room rate. A Breakfast area is provided or you may take a tray to your room. Special low-fat meals are available. |

We are a smoke-free inn. Children over the age of 5 are welcome. No Daycare is provided. We cannot accommodate pets. Open all year round. Discounts available: Corporate rate Sunday through Thursday with single person occupancy. Central Air-conditioning, Telephone, Data ports, and Color TV in each room Valet Cleaning and Fax services available Theater discounts available. Minimum stay required during certain holiday and special event weekends. State and local taxes may apply. Reservations: Rooms may be reserved with a credit card number. Two or more rooms will require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made. If more than five rooms are booked, we require the entire amount within two weeks of the reservation, unless each room is reserved by an individual credit card number. Cancellations: Regular Policy: Cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, or you will be charged the entire amount of your reservation. If the room is re-sold, you will be refunded subject to a $20 service fee. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departure. Holiday/Special Event Weekend Policy: Cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date and then the above conditions apply. Policy for 5 or more Rooms: Cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, and then the above conditions apply. We accept
